Specialized Paraprofessional Services

As a school administrator, you stretch limited resources to meet your students’ needs. You work hard to help all of your students reach their academic potential.

Since 1998, Looking Upwards has worked with school departments, developing dynamic interventions that help students to progress. You can count on the quality and flexibility of our services.

Our specialized staff understand the changing dynamics in a classroom and school and will work fluidly under your guidance to best meet your needs. Each staff member is fully trained to foster students’ positive participation and to prevent crises. Our commitment is to provide a reliable resource to support students and create therapeutic consistency throughout the day.

These services include all of the resources to support a student or classroom’s success:

• Each staff member is trained in Positive Behavioral Supports, crisis management and CPR.
• Our staff receive training in working with the particular needs of each student.
• Ongoing supervision is provided to our staff to ensure the needs of the student and the classroom are met.
• When requested, we will track and record measurable progress towards IEP outcomes.

Who is eligible:

• Students must be referred by the school administrator.
