We’ll help you to develop a vision and plan for your life. As you move forward, our committed and flexible staff will walk alongside you to support you at those times when you need it.

You’ll live independently but also have support when you need it. We understand that daily life can be complicated sometimes. Unexpected decisions can be part of any day. Our staff is your resource. When you want support, they can assist you. They’ll be available to help you as you evaluate your options, make choices and navigate your life.
Your support team will include a nurse, psychologist, service coordinator and direct support professionals. Your team may also include physical, occupational and speech therapists as needed. At Looking Upwards, we bring 45 years of experience to assisting people with developmental disabilities to live fully.
Who is eligible:
- You must be approved for funding through the State of Rhode Island, Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD).
- Your DDD social case worker must have recommended you for Supported Living.
