Do you ever wonder what more could be possible in your life? Do you have a goal that you really want, but it feels out of reach? You are not alone!

What if you had the opportunity to work with a skilled mentor who has faced similar challenges? Someone who could encourage you and support you with high and low tech solutions to open new doors.

Through Person-Driven Services, we support you in creating a life that you want to lead, a life you might not have known was possible. We’ll help you identify areas where you want to gain more independence and assist you in creating accommodations and tools to achieve your goals.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Collaborate with a team licensed in the teachings of Jennifer White (Able Opportunities)

Who is eligible:

• Anyone who is participating in Day, Residential &/or Community-Based Services  through Looking Upwards.
